We're a dedicated team with combined decades worth of experience.
Dr. Sam Olof is the co-founder and director of Revena, a deep-tech consultancy with an extensive network of experts worldwide. In addition to his work at Revena, he has co-founded two deep-tech companies and a deep-tech venture fund.
Dr. Olof's academic background includes a PhD in Nanotechnology from the University of Bristol and a post-doctoral position at the University of Oxford. He also serves as a venture partner at Entrepreneur First, focusing on biotech ventures.
With over 15 years of experience working in talent, Peter has successfully exited a talent and training platform, _nology. He has also acted as a global Director of Talent and Talent Manager across a number of organisations, including Entrepreneur First, the renowned global talent investor.
Pete's expertise lies in fractional talent and executive development, and has largely focused around technology and start-ups.
He holds a BA in Creative Writing and Theatre.
Farrah has experience from McKinsey & Company, the United Nations (IGF), and Goldman Sachs. She was a co-founder of an Entrepreneur First backed biotech venture and the founder of a national UK education charity. She has driven a number of projects dedicated to catalysing global talent, including at Women Who Build and McKinsey & Company.
She holds an MSc from the University of Oxford and an MA with honors from the University of St Andrews, across a range of disciplines.
